Ball control is the foundation of our sport and this camp will prioritize all skills related to improving that area.  From serve receive to floor defense, our coaches will create a high-repetition environment with a technical focus.  From forearm and overhead passing to digging and rolling, campers will learn a variety of systems and styles to help take their game to the next level.  For players looking to train specifically within the libero position, we will also include position specific sessions that will dive deeper into that role.  This camp is designed for athletes entering grades 6-12.

This camp will be dedicated to all concepts related to attacking.  We will breakdown both the approach and the arm swing in an effort to highlight proper technique for each.  Our coaches will introduce training methods that will help expand your attack range and court vision.  Learn how to hit harder, and smarter.  Players will have an opportunity to work within positional groups as we breakdown outside, middle and rightside responsibilities/techniques.  This camp is designed for athletes entering grades 6-12.

Team Camp
July 19-21, 2024

This camp is tailored toward high school programs looking for an opportunity to train as a team in advance of their season.  There will be an emphasis on team systems and concepts while also incorporating individual skills training within the sessions.  With feedback from each team’s respective coaches (who are encouraged to attend) we will personalize the training focus to reflect the needs of each group.  The environment is fast paced, repetition intensive, and constructive.  Camp will conclude with tournament play. Note: Each individual signing up must be affiliated with a registered team.
